The fifteenth of each month seems to be a special day for those that garden blog. It is a day to post all the flowers that are blooming in your garden... an idea begun by Carol of May Dream Gardens ( http://maydreamsgardens.blogspot.com ) Today was so windy on this New England hillside I could not take many serious flower portraits (more like bud portraits), but here are a few ... mostly bulbs... with a goldfinch thrown in devouring a crabapple. This morning I caught a flock of them eating my viburnum buds! That is a long story I will share another day.
