Pictures can never do justice to a garden, though they highlight the best... there is the delicious fragrance and animation of songs and flights of birds, bees and butterflies that is absent here. (I recently began shooting in RAW files and for some reason the vibrancy is not in the smaller pictures here you would have to click on them to see the truer colors.) The red peony is seen on a cloudy day first and then a bright sunny day. There is so much happening out in the garden here are more than a few to honor Blooming Friday.
