I go with rkbsnana, they are beyond beautiful Carol. They are not only symbolic. Is there something you did for that first photo? I see some clouds like a portion of that but not that wide! Is this done with low shutter? Sorry Carol for the so many questions, you don't need to reply if difficult. Thanks.
Delightful skies, you have a beautiful vue from your house and brilliant photoes :)
I just can say ..... lovely!

Hi Carol: All I can say is Fantastic, thanks for sharing with us.
Have a wonderful evening,
John
exquisitely beautiful images!
somehow the images alone, no words were quite powerful for me to take in. thank you for sharing your world through your lens and heart.
Oh Carol, you live quit near Heaven. I think my favorite photo is the last one of the grass. It is really beautifully colored.
Dear Carol, watching your fabulous shots of the sky makes me realize how colourful the sky really is. I think the whole range of colours is in there...
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
Kram!
I am a sky shooter, too. These are wonderful.
Visiting here is such a breath of fresh air. Delightful photographs and prose, always. How do you get your photographs so big? Mine are teensy tiny and I would prefer them to be larger. ? Thanks for visiting my sadly neglected blog! I'll be back after the holidays - I've a new lens to try out!
Thank you all so very much!! I did not have much energy to write for this post. I am always so in awe of the huge sky outside my home. These are my views and I know that is something to be very thankful for. Andrea, I have a wide angle lens. I will look at it to see which and email it to you. Debbi, I simply click on Xlarge in blogger under my photos. let me know if you need more help with that. Happy Holidays to you all. With great appreciation for your words. Carol
those are gorgeous!!! congrats and greetings from Madrid,
Elena
Dear Carol~~I will add to all the expressions of awe. I, too, found the absence of words made the images more intense. (Although I ALWAYS find your words inspiring.) I particularly loved the two photos with the tracery of tree branches. As a transplant from California to New England, I have been stunned many times by the delicacy of tree branches against the winter sky.
Thank you for visiting my blog and your kind comments. I'm so glad you did as it enabled me to find your delightful blog. Beautiful pics! Will be back!
Beautiful shots, the colours are dreamy.
I have just found you through http://arignagardener.wordpress.com/
You have a mastery of finding beauty through your photography. It will be an adventure for us all to see that vision emerge from your paintings as well! I have yet to spend the time searching through your posts - maybe you could give me a short cut...have you completed any paintings of sky and clouds as the main subject?
Looking forward to following you - Cheers!
Isn't everything looking beautiful your way?!! You have been having a wonderful time.
